The Seven Colors of Chakra

Each of the color of chakra is representing the vibrations of seven main chakras inside a human body. These vibrations could be observed by someone with trained eyes as aura. Chakra colors also correlate to the spectrum of light which is the color of the rainbow.

The first one is red which is representing the root chakra or muladhara. This type of chakra is associated with strength, physical energy, power and stability. Root chakra, just like its name, have a special purpose which is to keep you connected with your roots and then make you able to give a very steady and firm foundation to every energy center in your body.

The next one is orange represents the sacral chakra or in Sanskrit svadhisthana. The color orange is representing passion, creativity, and both sensuality and sexuality. This color chakra is stimulative and warm, encouraging you to allow yourself to develop creativity enjoy life’s pleasure of sensuality.

After that, we have yellow which is representing the manipura or solar plexus chakra. The color yellow is about joy, clarity, optimism, and pure energy. This chakra has yellow color because it’s related to the sun. This chakra will allow you to get inner strength and willpower to be able to pursue your purpose and goals in life.

Next is green which is about the heart chakra or anahata. Green is the color associated with life, nature, growth and balance. This chakra flows directly from nature and has healing properties. This chakra also encourages unconditional love which will help you to heal both of your mental and physical wounds.

We also have the blue chakra which represents the throat chakra or vishuddha. Related to the sea air and sky, the blue chakra is about freedom, intelligence and also truth. Throat chakra will help you to verbally express your thoughts and emotions, enabling you to manifest your inner desires into material.

We also have the indigo color which represents the third eye chakra or ajna. The color indigo symbolizes devotion, wisdom, inner depth and also intuition. The third eye chakra will help you to be able to sharpen your intuition and then trust your own insights and perception.

The last one of the chakra colors are violet and white. These two colors are representing the crown chakra or sahasrara. Violet is the color of imagination and dreams while white is the color of illumination, innocence and purity. This chakra would help you to connect with your inner life-source.
