Learn to confidently perform a 30-minute Back and Shoulder massage that provides deep relaxation, reduces tension, boosts circulation, and encourages flexibility.
Start the day learning Balinese dance, have a laugh, loosen up and move into a day of practice and receiving an authentic Balinese Spa Massage. Healthful snacks and lunch will be enjoyed with classmates and your Trainers and end the day with presentation of a Mandara Spa Training Center Certificate.
No previous massage experience is required. On successful completion of this course students will receive a Mandara Spa Training Center Certificate.
