Then, you could start closing your eyes, get in your zone, and then start to breathe and then focus on it. Be fully aware of your breath every time the air comes in and out of your body. Feel how your belly rises and falls too while doing it. You can also try to feel the difference of temperature when you breathe in and when you breathe out.
